oh dear...just realised that i haven't blogged in a long long while....hmm.....there's been so much happening that i duno how far back to go....not that i havent been thinking of blogging...just that i havent got round to blogging....

for example, recently, my "beloved" brown havanias slippers broke and i thought abt blogging that incident and what happened and how this guy tried picking me up etc here and titling my post "farewell, my slippers...." but then i never got round to it and it all seems a bit random and passe to be blogging abt it now

then we had church camp...just came back from that on monday....really tired out and stressed...i think this camp was probably the most tiring one that i've been to so far...i guess in the past, i was only out of action doing rego stuff on the first day but somehow this camp, i was tied up all the time doing rego and trying to do reconciliations, i dun even remember having a proper free time....althugh i did have some time to play one game (introduced by kenneth, which was really funny) and that was great....also managed to play with the kids for a little while as well.....the only thing i really remember learning from camp was more of the bible studies than the talks coz i think i kinda missed quite a bit of the talks....we studied Jn 14-17 for bible study and we learnt that to love Jesus is to keep his commandments, and that we will have direct access to the Father because of Jesus amongst other things

took tuesday off work and went back to work on wednesday and basically wed, thurs and fri i've been pretty flat out at work, working through lunch and staying till kinda late....the problem is that we've got some auditors coming out to audit one of our clients which we do the accounting work for and since the work was passed from one person to another, suffice to say, some of the accounting work wasnt done very well and no one seems to really remember what they did and why (we're talking abt stuff that was done abt a year or so ago) so i've had to go back and try and sort through all the paper work and try and piece everything together while having the auditors breathe down my neck to get everything finished coz they have a deadline to meet (wed next week).......so there goes my plans of taking next monday off (coz tues is a public holiday so i could have had a long weekend but oh well......)

anwyay tomorrow morning we're having yum cha at kam fook coz DK is leaving for singapore....9.30am!! neverbeen for yumcha that early! well, as it's midnight now....guess it's time to go to bed
