Haven't blogged for awhile, Nicky's telling me to update my blog.

First of all, thank you to all of you for your birthday wishes and for celebrating our birthday with us in some way or another...Nicky, I don't care, that cake looks delicious, you'll have to make it for me some day.....can't believe u ate a cake that was meant for us!

Anyway, I know i didn't have a joke to tell Nicky the other day but I just remembered one of my latest ditzy moments, not that it happens quite often....anyway Merrill and I were at Hanabi, the korean restaurant having lunch and it was basically just the 2 of us in there coz i guess they're not so popular in the day (which when you read what happens later, you'll know is a good thing). Well, as you know, korean restaurants like to serve their rice in those little tin bowls and they keep these rice bowls in those little machines that keep them warm. Now these machines, if you haven't noticed or seen them before, looks like a little bar fridge except that it has a tiny little screen on the outside displaying some numbers, for example, "60". So when our food was ready, the waitress went over to this little fridge-y thing and took out 2 bowls of rice, and when she closed the door, the number displayed on the screen showed "58". I turned over to Merrill and said "wow, it's so smart, it can count the number of bowls left inside!" At which point, the numbers slowly started to increase to "59" and then "60" and Merrill said "And yeah, it can also replenish the rice by itself!".....hehe.....another of my ditzy moments (if you didn't get it by now, the number on the outside was actually showing the temperature)

ok....not really in the mood to write alot today so i shall end here
